5.3 magnitude earthquake in Peru

An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.3 on the Richter scale yesterday local time; It shook Peru.

According to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.3 on the Richter scale was registered yesterday Friday, local time in northwestern Peru.

This earthquake occurred at a depth of about 79 km, 37.4 km south of the city of Barranca with a population of more than 68 thousand people.
